The cosy and delightful one bedroom self-contained apartment (with sofa bed for additional guests) is attached to the main house.The property is situated in a conservation area directly across the road to Avon Valley Woodlands Local Nature Reserve, and a 3 minute walk to Beeses Tea Gardens Restaurant/pub.

Jo-An's place is spacious, warm and well located for river side walks / runs / bike rides. The breakfast eggs and sausages were a nice extra and much appreciated.

This guest booked for 4 people and arrived with 5 even though Air b n b stated it was for 4. We then agreed to let the 5th person stay and charged for the extra person as anyone would. They then decided that it was too cramped, in which the fifth person left and we refunded and transferred the extra money straight back as soon as bank details were sent and with fuss. I also supplied extra bedding and cutlery. We try to cater for people last minute and did as best as we could. We do not believe this review represents the apartment as this was not our fault.

Jo-An was a great host. She was very welcoming, gave a nice tour of the place and answered any questions that we may have had! The ammenties at the place were more than what we expected which was nice. We would defintietly stay here again!

A really good usable space with plenty of room for two or three people. Very quiet area although some shops a few minutes drive with a well stocked Coop. Cooking is electric which Im not great with as used to gas. Place is simply decorated but does what you need it to do. Thanks …

Beautiful setting, just the quiet i needed for work. Thoughtful breakfast left. The place was very warm and clean, with plenty of space.

Jo-an was a great host - lots of helpful communication and greeted us when we got there. She helped us with a local taxi number and wifi password which was a great help. The bacon eggs and toast left for breakfast were a much needed little extra as well!
