What can I say. If you wanted a five star hotel maybe you should have booked one oh but then the dogs would not have been allowed. Our pet friendly cottages are for people travelling with their pets, they are allowed to sleep inside. I would assume rules like not allowed on the furniture, keep on a lead as I stated there are no fenced areas and lastly not leaving pets alone (while you go out) in the cottage. We have never had any complaints with these rules in 9 years. We are not pet sitters. I have no answers for the wifi not working but each time I went to the cottage it was connecting for me so my apologies.
Booking was for 3 guests so the first morning I saw 4 people were present so of course I presume an extra guest, a phone call before coming to explain the number of guests - there would not have been an issue. Im sure my other 30 reviews override this one. Perhaps if we didn't live onsite you could have left the dogs alone in the cottage and gone out and it would not have mattered how many guests were staying. Our business Our rules. My apologies you were not happy.
