I am very sorry to hear that you didn't like your stay in the apartment, it is my responsability to ensure that everything goes well, and apparently it did not, so please accept my sincerest apologies.
indeed, during your stay in the apartment, I had only one set of keys to provide you. I know it must have been frustrating. Usually I welcome groups that visit Paris together, so I didn't think it could be a big issue for you. Let me know in advance next time you need several set of keys so i can make a new one before your arrival.
For the paper rolls, it is not an hotel, I always ask the cleaning service to leave few ones in the bathroom. But when you need extra rolls, understand that I can't have someone come to deliver one or two ... it is more like a starting pack, you are invited to buy yours if you need more than what is provided. On my side, I have contacted the cleaning agent so he won't forget to leave some.
You also mentionned that the cups were sticky, floor dusty that is a bit of a surprise to be honest. The floor is cleaned every time a new guest arrives. I am very exigent with my cleaning agent, he washes everytime during more than three hours and I receive very few complains about his service.
