It is not listed as a flat.
After this review the host rating for this listing declined.
It is most disappointing that this inaccurate review has resulted in the host rating being lowered from a 5.0 to a 4.9 as the host works hard to provide guests with the best value accommodation.
It seems that the Airbnb feedback system is so automated that nobody at Airbnb has bothered to check what has been claimed in the review.
The issue that there is inaccuracy in the listing, is actually false.
The listing IS ACCURATE. It cannot be said that there is only one room when there are two rooms.
One could argue about subjectively about things, such as how clean something is—as it is an opinion. But one cannot say that there is one room when there are two.
The description of this rental listing, on the Airbnb website, clearly states that the accommodation is a private room in an apartment consisting of:
The listing says:
"A large bedroom with exclusive use of a smaller adjoining room with chair, sofa bed, table, TV, fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. Plus one large bathroom shared only with me."
The cost is for renting two rooms and not an entire flat. It's difficult to understand how this has been misinterpreted. When guests come here they have the use of TWO rooms as it is advertised.
The rating on how good of a job the host is doing has been lowered without proper investigation by Airbnb who have given authentication to the feedback unjustly. They ought to check it.
