The properties are part of the rich China Clay heritage of Cornwall and are incredibly unique.
Plenty of space inside and out for the whole family to spread out and enjoy, they are also well equipped providing all you need for a perfect family holiday.
Each property has a private garden area with a BBQ and garden furniture.

The whole apartment is pretty spacious and well equipped. An initial amount t if electricity is given to you- on a meter- and is worth keeping an eye on as ours ran out during our 3 day stay and the fridge etc all went off the morning we were due to leave.

Great location for Eden Project, Charlestown and the other little villages. Nice, very spacious property for a family of 2 adults and 3 children, and the outdoor play area was a winner too! Super clean. Would recommend.

This is a lovely, well presented and clean property with a heritage feel due to the clay mining industry of the area. Easy access to the Eden Project and north and south coasts made it an ideal location for exploring this area of Cornwall. We had a very enjoyable stay here, thank…

we had a lovely and peaceful stay and Lou and Ashes place lots of space and ideally placed to get around cornwall,fantastic accommodation ,highly recommended

Superb space and place to stay ideal for families with small children. Very secluded and peaceful, but a great base to get around to various locations within Cornwall. Would highly recommend
