A beautiful studio artistically furnished to match the romantic style of the traditional, neoclassical style villa . Roof garden with views all around to the whole island and huge sunsets Located in the picturesque, sea village of Perdika with its harbour full of tavernas and coffee shops in front of the sea.
The studio has tv, wireless internet, fully equipped ktchenette, bathroom and balcony. Super place to enjoy the warm clear blue sea, have fun go swimming, snorkelling, horse riding, pic nic boat trips and visit great archaelogical sites as well!
Aegina, the first 'hop in' island out from Athens, the first capital of modern Greece, is just 40 minutes from Piraeus. Rich in archeological history, it is a great holiday destination, and whether you explore the island by car, motor scooter, bicycle or bus, you will find many places to relax, walk, eat, drink and dance, and of course swim, in the crystal clear warm seas.
Perdika is the jewel of the island. A beautiful traditional fishing village whose narrow picturesque streets lead down to the little harbour which is two tiered. On the upper level sit the famous tavernas and coffee shops overlooking the sea and the harbour on the lower level, which becomes full of visiting yachts.
A small sandy beach provides a safe place to swim, as well as a rocky beach with umbrellas and shade. Also there are other well organised beaches within easy walking distance.
The village gives a great sense of relaxation and revelry, and whether its swimming, walking, dining or watching the amazing sunsets with a nice cool drink, Perdika is the ideal place.
You will have a great time and feel absolutely at home!
Hi all! My name is Demetra and I would like to welcome you to my beautiful house on Aegina island in Greece!
I come from Athens. I ran my own language school for 20 years and now I live on Aegina Island where I now run my own small hotel.
I like to take photographs and work on them, and also I enjoy travelling and visiting different countries, galleries and writing about local architecture, art crafts, customs, people etc.
I must admit I am a clinical case of optimism but that includes beautifying everything which is good, isn’t it?
Both, my house, the ‘Castlerock house,’ and ‘Villa Rodanthos studios’, are in a very nice location with amazing views. They are decorated and furnished aesthetically and have a wonderful ‘feel-at-home’ atmosphere.
