You and your friend when you arrived were informed how the boiler works in the apartment. It is a system that works in principle in almost all houses in all of Croatia. We always give our guestst the exact information. One person can shower without interruption for about 5 minutes, then wait for 15-20 minutes for any other person to shower.
If in this way you think to make money to pay for yourself, then this is a very ugly way.
I'm sorry now that to have scored with a great rating because you did not deserve it. The girls who were, above all, very unkind, arrogant, unable to look into my eyes when they arrived and who did not have the basic hygiene habits in accomodation and left the apartment very bad shape. You would have fallen surprised when you saw men leaving a neat apartment on their departure. Do not think that I'm doing this now because of your request but this is really bad.
As you can notice your unsubstantiated remark and a refund request will not undermine my rating, and will just give me a new wind in the back.
