Excellent apartment to take your vacations around Miami. It is located at one of the top communities of Florida.

We have a digital lock, so the day of your check-in we will send you the entry code. When you arrive you will just need to enter the code to gain entrance into the apartment!

A $400 guarantee deposit will be taken by Airbnb and refundable 48 hours after your check out.

We recommend to rent a car to know Miami very well. But if you want to take a bus please note the following:
The cheapest way to get to downtown is Metrobus, the #7 bus will take you from Dolphin Mall to downtown for $2.00 each way, the trip takes a little over an hour. Take it to the Miami-Dade Wolfson campus stop, from there walk east to Bayside.

ABOUT THE PARKING PLACE:
•You may use those parking places in which you do not see the word “RESERVED".
•If the vehicle is illegally parked it is at risk of being towed or moved from its site. Before contacting the authorities please look up your vehicle around the parking lot.
•NOTE: We suggest you to use the places located a little bit far from building as some neighbors take the ones which are closest to park their other cars.
•The main door has an electronic lock with a password.
•The password is: (We will send it same day of arrival)
•Bear in mind that each button represents more than a number.
•If you try three times with an erroneous pass the lock will block. After 5 minutes you may try again.
•The door will close automatically 30 seconds after it has been opened.
•If you are inside the apartment, the door opens and closes manually.
INSIDE THE APARTMENT
•Please check general conditions. If you see something wrong at that moment or during your stay, please notify us by email.
The thermostat, located in the entrance’s corridor has two knobs: One indicates [ON – OFF] and the other one the Fan Operation. [Auto – ON]
To turn off the Air conditioning, the knob has to be in OFF and the Fan knob in AUTO.
Please turn off the Air Conditioning if you are not in the apartment.
•Usually, previous guests let food in the refrigerator. You may use them if they are not expired.
•Please do not let any kind of expired food.
•The garbage room is behind the building.
•Please remove your shoes to go to the rooms area.
•Please do not bring any kind of food to the rooms area
NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED. NO ANIMAL ALLOWED EVEN FOR 1 MINUTE INSIDE THE PROPERTY. EXTRA COSTS FOR CLEANING SERVICES WILL BE APPLIED IF THIS RULE IS BROKEN.
ENERGY SAVING INSTRUCTIONS:
•Please turn off lights and artifacts when not in use.
•Please take shorts showers instead of baths.
•Please turn the air conditioning off when living the apartment even if it’s for a short ride.
•Important: Do not leave objects out of apartment’s main door. For example: bicycles, scooters, etc. Our property may be sanctioned for this situation.
•Important: Do not leave empty boxes inside the apartment. Those should be thrown away.
* Our properties are all "self-catering". That is to say, when you rent from us you look after your own needs. Basically you are encouraged to treat our properties as your "home away from home". Part of that is our expectation that you will leave the property in a "reasonable state of cleanliness". You do pay a cleaning fee, but we do not expect you to leave the property in a filthy mess.
We are NOT a hotel, please be sure that the property is left in, essentially, a good condition. Do not leave it looking like a pig sty.
Unfortunately we would have to take a fee up to double the cleaning fee if we find a really mess in the property.
