Cristina, you arrived two hours earlier before your check-in time.
You called me to tell me your husband couldn't open the lockbox, even though it's an easy combination lockbox. I was at work and told you how to do it . I told you I was sending my cleaning lady to open it up for you, and you still called me another 15 times at work. I went to check up on you and you told me you were sleeping. I reminded you of the payment you still owed me, because of your extra guest, who was standing right in front of me all mad and you told me you come to Miami often, as though that meant your guest would stay for free. You have to pay like everyone else. I don't care about the reviews from dishonest people anymore. Dishonest people are the ones who love the place until they damage it or not pay for their stay and then they write dishonest reviews. And even though you called me 15 times the first time, you never called me once during your stay to complain about the horrible apartment you were in, right? My apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean and in a great location to get to anywhere in Miami. And at $65 for three people and free parking, you got a bargain! Of course, you cheated me out of the third guest, because it should have been $76 a night, and it still would have been a bargain.
