While I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the view surrounds of the bungalow, the pool, and service rendered by our team member, whilst I am equally disappointed to read that our bungalow size was not up to your satisfaction - my team and I strive that every guest of ours leaves with satisfaction.
Your booking came through an Airbnb platform which has a photographs and complete description of our hotel, the style and layout of rooms, including those review posted by guests who have stayed with us in past. As active as you are on Airbnb.
I am sorry again that we could not stand to your taste and personal preference.
I thank you for your feedback which goes a long way in improving our product and service quality - some of these were easy fixes such as the cleanness of the bathroom. I have addressed the issues with our team and truly apologize for the shortfalls.
