We were very sorry that Septi did not have a positive experience staying at our place. there was a misunderstanding with this guest, she thought our villa was 2 bed in 1 room, even though it was clear in the description of this listing, and this was first happened with this listing, our previous guest there is no confusion with this listing. We've given an explanation to Septi, but she insists, finally we try to return their money, because they say will move as soon as possible. it turns out when we asked on the second day, they decided to stay in our place. actually we are confused what to do. We make every effort to ensure all guests are comfortable as our other reviews show. It was unfortunate that communication did not work out well on this occasion.
