The air conditioner is less than a year old and works perfectly. You did not know how to work the thermostat and called the owner. She specifically told you how to work the thermostat and how to turn on the heater. Also, she said that you should call her directly for any issues you encountered or any questions you may have, as she was just minutes away and could come right over to assist you personally. You could have called her and let her know about this instead of posting a 3 star review making false claims. Moreover, I have already escalated our case with Airbnb referencing the conditions in which you left this home. You and your guests disrespected the home and broke several house rules. You left open containers of food ALL OVER the house - with food in them (we have photos and video from the cleaning company) upon checking out, litter, dirty, used toilet paper all over the bathroom floor and falling out of the trash can, garbage on every single surface of the entire home, without exaggeration, and a disgusting pile of rotting seafood on the kitchen counter. I incurred additional pest control (ants and roaches feeding on the food you left all over the house, including the bedrooms), deep cleaning & excessive trash removal charges because of your lack of respect for my home.
