In the winter, 3 fine resorts offer you world class skiing, all within minutes of our condo. Deer Valley's Mayflower Gondola is less than 2 miles away, and The Canyons and Park City Mountain Resorts are just a short 15-minute drive away.
In the summertime, enjoy fishing or boating at the Jordanelle Marina, just down the street. Mountain biking and hiking trails are available at the nearby ski slopes. There are several fantastic golf courses within minutes of Fox Bay.
Shopping abounds at charming Midway and Heber, as well as Main Street in Park City and the outlets at Kimball Junction, just a short drive from our condo.
A heated swimming pool and hot tub, a fitness center complete with treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes and weights, a basketball court, picnic area with barbeques, and playgrounds for the kids, are on the premises. The clubhouse features a pool table, chess tables, a cozy fireplace, kitchenette, and a big screen TV with a theater system, and is located within walking distance to the condo.
Our condominium is beautifully furnished like home away from home. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV/VCR and DVD and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, with a comfy, soft recliner. The living room is also equipped with a gas fireplace, 46 inch Samsung LED HDTV, DVD player and a covered deck with views of Jordanelle Reservoir.

Guest will have access to the entire two bedroom condo and community club house.
We wanted a place to call our own away from home to go skiing. We've furnished the place to feel homey when we come out to ski and hope you think so too.
Fox Bay E-103 Condo Rental Agreement Daily Rental Agreement
This short term rental agreement is made between Brent Laycock and Jennifer Adams, hereinafter “Management”, and “Traveler” hereinafter “Renter”. Management agrees to rent to Renter the “Fox Bay E-103 Condo” (hereinafter referred to as “rental”) located at 1768 Fox Bay Drive E-103, Heber City, UT 84032, under the following conditions:
This agreement shall commence on “Check-in Date” and terminate on “Check-out Date” as specified in Renter’s Airbnb reservation.
The rate for your stay is as specified in Renter’s Airbnb reservation.
The maximum number of guests allowed under this agreement is six guests.
Check in/Check out
• Check-in time is after 4 PM unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time and confirmed by the Management.
• Check-out time is before 11 AM unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time and confirmed by the Management.
The Airbnb “Strict” cancellation policy that was specified in Renter’s Airbnb reservation is the cancellation policy.
No cleaning or maid service is provided during the term of this rental agreement. The property shall be professionally cleaned prior to Renter’s arrival. Extra sheets and towels are provided in the unit. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for Renter’s use.
There is garage parking for two vehicles with access to the main level of the condo. The parking is two assigned spaces and there is a garage door opener available for the renter to use during their stay. Management is not responsible for Renter’s vehicle, for any reason, including vandalism, damage, or theft.
There is NO telephone hard line provided in the rental, however there is complimentary WIFI service (Wireless Internet).
Vacating the Premises
Renter shall deliver possession of rental in good order and repair to Management upon termination or expiration of this agreement. The key and garage door opener shall be returned upon departure. There is a $35 key or garage door opener replacement fee if not returned.
Management is committed to providing its guests with a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking permitted anywhere within the premises including balcony.
Renter may not sublet residence or assign this rental agreement without written consent of Management.
Fire and Casualty
If residence becomes uninhabitable by reason of fire, explosion, or by other casualty, Management may, at its option, terminate rental agreement or repair damages.
Right of Access
Management shall have the right of access to rental for repair and maintenance during reasonable hours. In the event of an emergency, Management may enter at any time to protect life and prevent damage to the rental.
Rental shall be used so as to comply with state, county, and municipal laws and ordinances. Renter shall not use rental or permit it to be used for any disorderly or unlawful purpose or in any manner so as to interfere with any neighboring resident’s quiet enjoyment of their residence. Any misuse described above shall result in termination of Rental Agreement and no refund of any payments will be issued.
Management shall not be liable for damage to, or loss of, renter’s own property of any type, for any reason or cause whatsoever.
Animals, birds or pets of any kind shall not be permitted inside the rental unit at any time.
Renter releases Management from liability for and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Management against losses incurred by Management as a result of (a) Renter’s failure to fulfill any condition of this agreement; (b) any damage or injury happening in or about rental or premises to renter’s invitees or licensees or such person’s property; (c) Renter’s failure to comply with any requirements imposed by any governmental authority; and (d) any judgment, lien, or other encumbrance filed against renter as a result of renter’s action. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Management harmless from any and all damages caused by renter’s negligence or fault, including all costs and attorney fees.
This agreement and any attached addendum constitute the entire agreement between the parties and no oral statements shall be binding. It is the intention of the parties herein that if any part of this rental agreement is invalid, for any reason, such invalidity shall not void the remainder of the rental agreement.
Failure of Management to Act
Failure of Management to insist upon compliance with the terms of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any violation of this agreement.
Payment stipulates the Renter has read the agreement and agrees to its terms.
