Thank you Carla for your feedback which has been taken on board. My understanding is that you booked the flat because it was close to your relative’s home and within close transport links to London. The distance to London is clearly stated within the information provided on the web page and if you had requested this information prior to your arrival further details would have been provided.
It is a new deleopment so it takes a while for SatNavs to update their system and may be difficult to find, but your relative was familiar with the area so I did not envisage a problem.
With regards to the balcony, I do accept it has not received some attention in the winter months as it is not in use. I have booked a Spring clean for Feb/March.
