A must-experience, this delightful, well decorated penthouse ideal for a small family or group. The spacious patio is ideal for early morning breakfasts and sundowners.

Loved for its central position, yet not in the city centre and 10 mins to all popular beaches.

Le logement

Centrally located, newly renovated penthouse, situated in the trendy residential area of Gardens, just on the outskirts of the city centre. The apartment is a stone's throw away from the famed Kloof Street bars and restaurants, and has super convenient access to the beaches and mountains - via car or the new Bus Rapid Transport system that passes by, right outside.

The apartment is bright and clean with 2 bedrooms both en-suite. The main bedroom has a king-size bed (regular length) and has a bathroom with both bath and shower as well as double-basins and bidet. The second bedroom comes with 2 single beds and a shower in the en-suite.

The loft-area has a single bed, perfect for a single friend or a child. There is also a guest-loo on the lower level.

The apartment is perfect for entertainment, with open-plan flow from the kitchen to dining-room with six-seater dining room table and a relaxed lounge-area.

For perfect summer evenings, the terrace overlooking the city and mountains lends itself to alfresco entertainment.

In the morning, walk down to grab coffee and freshly baked croissants from any of the bakeries or cafe's withing a couple of hundred metres.

The flat is well situated in central Cape Town, walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. It was a lovely place to stay for a family with two teenagers and to explore Cape Town from. There was a little problem with leakage through the balcony door when it rained but we were told this is being taken care of. Otherwise everything was in good condition in the flat. This was a slightly different Airbnb experience to our previous ones. The rental of the flat is managed by a company (Icon Villas) and not an individual. So we had contact with a few people throughout the process. Communication however was personal and always smooth and friendly. We needed to have a package delivered to Cape Town and Icon Villas were very helpful allowing us to have it delivered to their office which is close to the flat.

GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION, FAST WIFI, EASY TO ARRANGE CHECKIN. LARGER CARS NEED TO PARK ON STREET, BUT WE HAD NO PROBLEMS FINDING A SPOT OR WITH SECURITY.

We had the most amazing stay at Therese's apartment. It was the perfect location and was a real delight to wake up every morning to views of Signal Hill. The apartment was were kitted out, and we had everything we could need, including a bottle of wine! Therese's team were a delight to communicate with, ensuring we had a lovely stay. We would definitely stay again and I would recommend to everyone.

Sehr schönes Apartment. Lage ist auch gut und es ist safe. Hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Konversation war auch super gut. Sofortige Antwort bei jeder Frage. Nur bei Sturm starke Windgeräusche der Haustür und Dachfenster. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen

Enjoyed our stay in the beautiful apartment. The photos make the place look a bit bigger than it is but ample space for 4 adults. The location is very central!

Beautiful and secure apartment. We loved the convenience, it's well located near many great restaurants. Therese, Chantal and Tracy have been extremely responsive and hospitable.
