Very spacious for 3 couples. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Quiet, nice jacuzzi after a long hike in Rocky Mountain National Park. 3 beautiful deers came right next to the deck. Had a great time.

Older cabin, but exceptionally clean. Short ride into town or to RMNP. Family really enjoyed the area and hopes to return soon. Thanks Amy for all your help!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient for access to the main entrance to RMNP. Seeing wildlife in the back yard on several days was an added bonus. The large stainless steel gas grill was clean and easy to use.

This is not a private home in Estes Park. It is a house rented by a company and is surrounded by rental cabins. We had no electricity for a day and a half due to a snow storm. Management had no idea what to do, which seemed odd because this is Colorado. They get snow. We had to keep asking to get our drive cleared of snow so we could get out to someplace that had heat. I don't know who Julie is, but she is not a private homeowner. We had to keep requesting a refund for not having power. They finally gave us one day refund, for only the money that they get. It did not include the additional fees we had to pay on top of that. Not a bad location or house. There are just many more places in Estes Park to choose from.

Not quite sure how to respond to this review. We had 3' of snow in a 24 hour period. At one point all major roads in Estes Park were closed, and more than 60% of the town was without power. We plowed on the morning of the snow, the afternoon and the next morning. The guests were not able to get their 2wd vehicle to their cabin the day of the snow. The power issue was out of our control which is why I gave ALL guests a refund of that day, the only day where they had trouble.

We stayed in Valhalla 24. It was a spacious cabin for 5 of us! We arrived at this place very late, at around 11pm. For late check in, they will leave the keys with direction to your cabin in the postbox located next to the office door. No hassle at all to get the keys. Cabin was clean. And as mentioned in the description, it is equipped with a hot tub located outdoor at the side balcony. For normal shower do take note that there is no toilettries (shampoo, conditioner, shower foam) provided. You will have to bring your own. In case you need to shop for some snacks etc, there is a mart nearby. From Valhalla it is an easy drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. we had a pleasant stay here!

Hi, my name is Amy. I moved to Colorado from New York in 2013. Love the mountains! Views, hikes, weather.
I love to travel and love meeting new people. I have traveled to 29 countries so far and want to add to the list. My family also helps with the cabins. And we speak Spanish.
Staying in my private cabins is sooo much better than a hotel. You have your own home, and no one to bother you while you just enjoy. But I am available at a moments notice- I live nearby!
