Thank you very much for reviewing our space, and I must say I am very surprised to read your comments. Of course, I appreciate your feedback, but the most surprising aspect, aside from the fact that most of your complaints are based on the fact that the apartment was smaller than you expected and that there was not a lift (this is explicitly listed), is the fact that you never expressed any concern about any of this during your stay is a shame! I certainly cannot do anything about the size of my apartment (you must live in a large space, because my space is not huge, but it is quite average for Amsterdam) nor can I do much about a complaint about my space not having a lift. I am very sorry about the television that did not work, it turned out that it was a cable issue that was not able to be resolved, so I have removed the television from the listing. As you know I sent people by to try to fix it on 2 occasions during your stay. ALSO, as for the 2 hour wait for your check in, I can accept that this could happen sometimes, but understand that that is not pleasant. This is why I sent a package of goods to the house for you and your family to enjoy. I feel like I gave plenty of attention to the issues that you communicated, and as you can imagine, I cannot do anything about the concerns that you did not tell me about! Anyway, I appreciate your concern, and wish you the best of luck in future travels.
