À propos de ce logement
This villa from 1951 is situated just 700 meters from the middle of Thyborøn, and just 200 meter from super bathing coast. Lots of space; 5 sleeping rooms, huge living room and a dining room with a table for 10.
Beautiful nature all around the city.
The town Thyborøn is situated at the outmost corner of Jutland, just before Limfjorden and the North Sea. There is saltwater on 3 sides.

There is a nature reserve just south of Thyborøn, and to the north, just on the other side of the canal, Limfjorden, is Denmarks first and biggest national park, National Park Thy.

We don't live in the town. My wife and me use is as a holiday cottage.
The "pulse" of the city is low. There is not much noise. If you want to go to a restaurant, there is a few good possibilities in the town middle, just 700 meters away.
The town is small, easy to get around.
The "Sea War Museum Jutland" is really worth a visit. It thoroughly describes "The Battle of Jutland", which took place on the North Sea on the 31. of may 1916. A battle between the German and the English navy. 250 ships participated, and 104.000 sea men. 25 ships were sunk, and 9.000 sailors lost their lives. A very devoted and professional diver, Gert Normann, and some of his men have collected items on the bottom of the sea, and this will been shown, together with photos, letters, uniforms and so on. I really think this will be of great interest; I have had the opportunity to see some of it, and it is very impressing.
I want out guest to treat the house in a decent manner, like we do.
Lined and towels can be rented. The price is 10 euro pr. person for both lined and towel. Please take it of and leave in the basement at departure next to the washing machine, thank you.
