Our ski-in, ski-out one bedroom is located at the base of Peak 9 and is right next to the Quicksilver lift and the ski school and is 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and shops on Main Street.

Le logement

This is a one bedroom, one bath condo.
It is approximately 900 sq,. ft. and is located on the fourth floor of the Shavano building in the Village at Breckenridge.

There is a king size bed in the bedroom + a pull-out day bed which can sleep two people. There is also a queen size Murphy bed in the living room.

The location of the apartment cannot be any better. There is no need to have a car to get to most points of interest in Breckenridge. Walk to the ski slopes, the 400 miles of bicycle paths or the town center.

General Rules

•You must be 21 years of age to rent
•The home has a maximum occupancy of 6.
•No pets are allowed.
•This is a non-smoking home. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the condo. The host reserves the right to charge for additional cleaning if the guest smokes indoors.
•House parties are prohibited.
•Illegal substances are prohibited.
• Owner or Owner’s Agent may enter the premises immediately in the event of an emergency.
•The renter shall be responsible for all damage, breakage and /or loss to the premises, except normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties (deemed by Managers of Property) which may result from Occupancy.
•Owner shall not be liable to Tenant, Tenant’s guests, licenses or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the premises.

Check In/ Check Out Procedures:

•Check-in time is no earlier than 4 pm MT, and is subject to property availability.
•Checkout time is no later than 10 am MT the day you are scheduled to leave
•Late checkouts, and early check-ins may be available. Late checkouts may be subject to a $30/hour fee unless you get permission from Owner or Manager.
•Prior to checkout, all dishes should be washed and put away. Beds may be left unmade and sheets and pillowcases left on. Towels should be placed on the tub, or on the bathroom floor.
•Permanent holds on thermostats should be canceled upon departure.
•All doors and windows must be shut and locked, and the fireplace damper must be closed (after the fire is completely extinguished).


•Telephone service is local and emergency only. Please use a calling card or cell phone for long distance calls.
•The complex has a WiFi available for guest use. The internet access codes and TV channel lineup are provided on cards available in the unit.
•We cannot provide a guarantee against appliance breakdowns. If a problem should arise with equipment in a property, a refund on rent will not be made. Repairs will be made as soon as possible.
•Housekeeping Services are provided upon the conclusion of the rental period. Please check with Owner or Manager if extra cleaning is desired during your stay. Renter agrees to pay for said additional cleaning, or extra supplies.

Todor's condo could not be more perfect. The location is amazing, the views are gorgeous, and the comfort and cleanliness were great. I will be returning every spring for as long as Todor will allow. Don't pass this place up!

Todor's place is great! Two of my friends and I just spent 5 days there snowboarding/skiing at Breck and A-Basin. The condo is in the Shavano building in the Village and is very close to the Quicksilver Superchair. You can walk through The Maggie to get to it and ticketing. Breckenridge Brewery is also a 5 minute walk away in the opposite direction. We used a shop near the brewery called Avalanche Sports to get our equipment waxed and tuned overnight for $20 and $55 and they did a great job. For dinner we went to Breck brewery twice and another place called The Lost Cajun, both places were delicious. The condo is about a 10-15 minute walk from Breckenridge Station where we hopped on the Swan Mountain Flyer to get to A-Basin. The bus is free and took about 50 minutes to get there, it also stops at Keystone along the way. Overall the trip was great and Todor's place was a big reason for that.

Todor was a great host. He answered our questions promptly prior to our arrival. The place was exactly as advertised- spacious with lots of outdoor light shining in. It was was super clean and well equipped. We would stay here again.

Great location, quiet building, very clean and comfy. Todor was quick to respond to my queries and all the important details were clearly spelled out in the info doc he sent prior to our stay.
