It has beautiful black granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating for four, shimmering mosaic tile throughout that also carries into the beautiful bathroom, complete with plush towels.This Nashville Vacation Rental Loft has an atrium view from the family room (so it is very quiet), a flat screen TV, a sleek comfy leather couch that opens into a queen sleeper sofa. It has historic 100 year old exposed brick throughout. The one bedroom has a pillow-top bed and high thread count linens.This loft also comes with a dedicated secure WiFi and a Parking Space across the street!
This Loft in The Quarters is AMAZINGLY quiet yet centrally located. The building is primarily occupied by full-time residents so you will feel right at home with the locals. The front lobby is locked at all times and has a convenient coded key pad to access the building; the Loft itself has a convenient coded entry as well. The Quarters is not suitable for parties or events, as they would disrupt our neighbors however just outside the front door is more excitement than you could ask for!

Guests are provided an access code to the building's secure entry on 2nd Ave N, and a personal assigned access code to the loft. The rental is of the entire loft and guests have access to the inside of the entire loft.

We provide a Welcome Book and are happy to offer our local recommendations so you can make the most of your trip! Guests are also provided with a 24 hour emergency number to call while staying with us!
The loft has windows over the building's atrium. Expect to sleep sound, it is very quiet!
You must be 21 or older to rent the condo; a photo ID is required upon arrival. Owners reserve the right to refuse rental to any individual or group. It is a crime to obtain this rental property under false pretenses. The use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors. Owners reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises with no refund. We must have a signed copy of the Rental Agreement prior to check-in. Rental rates and specials may change, but you agree to be bound by the rates in effect at the time of reserving the condo.
Minimum Stay & Occupancy: We have a minimum 2-7 night stay on reservations. Occupancy is limited to 6. Allowing others to occupy the condo above its stated occupancy limit will be subject to additional fees and eviction without refund.
Cancellations: We will issue a 50% refund for reservations canceled more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. Deposit payment rental fees for reservations changed or canceled 30 days or less then your arrival date are non-refundable.
Directions to the Condo: The condo is located in The Quarters Condominiums on historic 2nd Avenue in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, between Commerce Street and Church Street. The address is 178 2nd Ave North, Nashville, TN 37201. Internet map services can provide you with the most accurate directions from your starting point.
Check-In: Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. Central time.
Check-Out: Check-out is 11:00 a.m. and is strictly enforced. Unless prior arrangements have been made, any guest who does not vacate the condo by 11:00 a.m. will be assessed a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour.
Damages and Excessive Cleaning: Guest agrees to leave the condo in an undamaged condition, without the need for excessive cleaning. If there is a need for excessive cleaning, guests agrees that the credit card in file will be charged. Guest also agrees that the credit card on file will be charged for any damages.
Pets and Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the condo, stairwell, elevator, lobby, atrium or any interior space in the building. Any unauthorized pets or smoking in the condo are subject to a $300.00 fee and you may be asked to leave the condo immediately with no refund.
Common Areas: Common areas are shared by all owners and tenants in the building and are managed by the Condo Association. Please respect the property and those who live here. Any abuse of the property or disruptive conduct is cause for eviction without refund. You must be quiet in the common areas from 10 pm – 9 am.
