This sensational cabin is newly added to our portfolio as of May 2017. One of the very few properties in Big Bear Lake with CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING for those hot summer days!
New carpets, all new furnishings and decor, high end kitchen and appointments... you won't be dissappointed. Located in the most prestigious area of Big Bear Lake, Lake View Lodge is a 2 story home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The wrap-around deck has 180 degree views of Big Bear Lake. the mountains, and ski slopes. Relax and unwind in the six person hottub on the oversized deck and watch as the sun sets behind the mountain, reflecting across the lake as it slowly makes way for the crips, pine-filled evening air. Lake View Lodge has one of the few views of entire expanse of the lake. From the deck, living room, and master bedroom, guests can peer across the 7 mile lake from tip to tip.

First Floor: Drive up to the 3 car garage from a culdecsac. Plenty of parking for 6 cars on a flat, easy to access driveway. The entrance leads to the great room with a fireplace and open foor plan shared with the dining area and chefs kitchen. Slding glass doors lead to a large wrap around deck and hot tub. This floor has one bedroom with full/queen bed.

Second Floor: The second floor as 3 Bedrooms and a large loft area. Perfect for the kids to get away and watch movies or play their videogames while parents enjoy the views down stairs. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, another bedroom has a full/queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two bunk beds twin over full.

AMENITIES: We provide only the finest luxury amenities that include: Spa-quality towels, high thread-count linens, spa soap, shampoo conditioner and lotion, and quality paper products.

ADDITIONAL INFO: High speed WIFI access is provided. Parking is available for 6 cars.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES: Keys will be given to the GUEST during check-in at the property. The property address will be
provided in an email 7 days prior to your arrival date. Two sets of keys and any provided garage remotes and access codes will be
provided. Upon arrival, a photo of GUEST’s driver's license will be taken for WR's records. The GUEST signing this document
must check-in in person at the property in order to receive the keys. WRs will only give keys to the GUEST whose signature
appears on this agreement. GUEST is responsible for returning keys and remotes at the end of their stay. A charge of $160 per
lost/damaged remote, $50 per lost/damaged key will be billed to credit card on file. It is a condition of this agreement that the
GUEST signing this agreement must be present and available at the Property for the entire length of the reservation. GUEST
cannot book the Property on behalf of other individuals.
This is a NON SMOKING property. GUEST will be responsible for all smoking related damage caused by Occupants during their
stay including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors, dry cleaning and removal of debris. Evidence of smoking will result in a
minimum $500 fee.
8. AGE REQUIREMENTS OF GUEST : WR will not enter a rental agreement with individuals less than 25 years of age. It is a
condition of this agreement that the GUEST signing this agreement must be present and available at the Property for the entire
length of the reservation. GUEST cannot book the Property on behalf of other individuals.
9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS : Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of any advance
payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
10. OCCUPANCY: The Property will be occupied only by the GUEST, members of the GUEST’s party and the GUEST’s invitees
(OCCUPANTS), not to exceed the maximum occupancy of 8 that is permitted by city ordinances. If occupancy limits are found to
be violated, GUEST will be asked to correct the situation one (1) time. A second violation of occupancy rules will result in eviction
of GUEST and their invitees and loss of any reservation payments and fees.
11. CHILDREN: GUEST and OCCUPANTS agree to supervise children at all times while occupying the rental property, and to take
necessary precautions to ensure their safety. GUEST understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” the
Property. Examples of potential dangers that may need observation by GUEST may include, but are not limited to, stairwells,
fireplaces, stoves, hot tubs, bath tubs, hot water, electrical equipment, cleaning supplies, and appliances.
12. PETS: Dogs are only allowed at designated pet-friendly properties. A Pet Fee of $100 per pet will be charged. There is a
maximum of two (2) dogs per property where allowed. No other types of pets are permitted. A pet deposit pre-authorization of
$500 will be held for 30 days after check-out inspection to ensure there is no damage caused by pet(s) or additional cleaning
required which may include, but is not limited to pet hair on carpet, furniture or bedding; soiled carpet, bedding, or towels; pet feces
in yard; and scratches or teeth marks on furniture, walls or doors. Allowing pets in pet-free properties or without prior approval will
result in additional fees and potentially immediate expulsion of GUEST and OCCUPANTS from the rental property.
GARBAGE FEE: GUEST must take all of their trash, rubbish and discards to one of the two Clean Bear Trash Sites: (1) 41974
Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake; (2) Auxiliary fire station on Big Bear Blvd. across from City Hall/Performing Arts Center. Failure to
take trash to Clean Bear Sites will result in a charge of $20 per bag of trash.
