We appreciate all feedback and we have logged your replies in an effort to see if we can make anything better going forward. 100% guest satisfaction is my only goal so I wanted you to know how serious we take it. As you are aware, we spoke numerous times starting months ahead of your trip as well as quite a few times en route, and while you got there. I am sorry to hear you didn't find it clear enough despite all of the communication. I truly had hoped that we had given you enough information. As to the lock-box, it didn't have a combo to give as it is a standard hotel-style box where you create your own. Related, we have an entirely new, upgraded safe now so we hope that guests forgetting the combination will no longer result in a complete lockout. As to the street addresses in Costa Rica, there are none yes, and we can't control that obviously, but because of that we provided Waze links that provide very accurate directions to both the management company and the unit. These links also work in (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps although Waze seems to be more useful. Those links rely on a GPS location and not an address so they are very, very accurate. Unfortunately, this is the most accurate way we can show people where to go as again, there are no physical street addresses to share. As to the comments on the beds, ACs, and washer/dryer, thanks! Those are not in every unit in the building and some of the lower priced ones either don't have ACs in every room and/or don't have washer/dryers in the unit. I travel with my whole family when I am down there and can say these are all must-haves in Tamarindo for sure. Glad you enjoyed them!
