Thanks for the feedback but I would like to humbly answer your concerns post your stay.
As this is a villa stay concept, it is located strategically in a neighborhood in a private colony named Khalsa Avenue, just a little off the city giving it a perfect getaway and a peaceful environment. The whole property is highly walled giving it high privacy rest assured with two caretakers for day and night respectively.
We have immediate neighbors on the right and front side of the property (not visible due to the high wall) as you enter which mostly keep it to themselves. One side of the property lies on the entrance road and the other side is safely surrounded as well.
Cabs are easily available if you have the local application like OLA app, which we always recommend to the guests for a cheaper option. But the cab network and logistics is highly driven by traffic hours and their availability system.
We have an on board cab facility for our guests that we recommend and provide to all guests at a standard city price if you compare.
Regarding the distance to golden temple, it is in close proximity and convenient approach as such a huge space with spacious facilities would be almost impossible to find in any of the distant surroundings, which yet again the distance is mentioned in the booking details.
We have 4 air conditioners in the whole space which our completely new and aptly set up considering the space requirement.
As soon as you informed me about the leakage at 11.45 pm at night, which occurred to one of the aircons in the dinning area of the lobby and not the rooms, I insisted immediate assistance for the same. As you said it was late and you mentioned that you are totally ok with it since it was in the lobby area and you wanted privacy at that hour since you mentioned that everyone was sleeping now.
This was a temporary service issue maybe due to very humid weather condition that day that I mentioned that could be rectified.
I thank you for appreciating the food at our restaurant and recommending the same.
Warm Regards again
