Me and my husband John have recently ventured into Ann Arbor and AirBNB Hosting. When our youngest became a student at UofM, we really liked the city and bought in the Old West Side near downtown. I said, "Are we having like a midlife crisis?" John says, "Yes, only we are way past midlife." John is from Detroit, and we've lived in Saginaw, but we will retire in Ann Arbor. We like doing home improvement projects. (We are just like Tim "the Toolman" and his wife Jill). And our tech savvy children are helping with a little labor and a lot of advise. We hope you have a nice stay in Ann Arbor!
