Of course, no smoking. Please use kitchen fan when cooking; use garbage disposal for kitchen sink (run with hot water and dish soap) on a daily basis. Take trash out to trash cans in parking lot. Please no excessive noise, out of respect for neighbors in the building. Parking for one car only, don't block others. PETS on case by case, for extra fee of $25/night, per pet.
