First of all I want to say that the review is biased and far from truth. This is the only Guest, which has done a non-truthful review.
He has been doing bad review, even in other listing of my property, and he wastes his time just to malign my property without reason. I under-stand that he has something else in his mind
House-keeping:- We do house- keeping before check-in, and every two days, which is normal for all property. As a courtesy, we did house-keeping after the 1st day of his stay and it was done perfectly, in his presence until he was satisfied. I don’t think he is true to his heart, on his review. And calling a Human “Retard” shows his pure mental state.
All curtains and linens are dry cleaned before every guest. Seems the guest has some grudge to malign the property.
Food – The package doesn’t have food. Had informed the Guest, to arrange it, well in advance if he wishes. He did not arrange and he wants my Caretaker to arrange food for him, which was politely declined and he was upset on this.
Security –There is 24 hr CCTV surveillance and fenced all round. I don’t understand his concern of security.
Coming to the house rules:- There was a big stain/grease on the quilt left by the Guest. It’s definitely done by him, as we dry clean all linens, during check-out. He doesn’t care on these. We found this only late after his check-out. If it was there earlier – a person so concerned – should have reported it to us earlier….
He abused all items in the house. Food items spilled over in the refrigerator. Left-overs everywhere in the house and refrigerator…plates not done…Oil stored in glass…Curry stored in cups…opened containers of sugar and salts….plates in toilets... Broken eggs in fridge... toilet paper all over the toilet floor and WC…. half cooked food on the oven... Burned frying pans… protectors of sofa bed removed (don’t know for what reason)…
His car did not start during check-out and my caretaker helped him to get a pickup where the vehicle came late, and delayed his schedule. He was upset for this, with my Caretaker for no reason, even though he tried to help him. The driver charged 700 and he was telling that he will pay only 200, and the driver wants the balance to be paid by the caretaker. What a fail…
Never Ever had such an irresponsible guest.
