Breakfast is included with a range of cereals yoghurts, fruit local jams and honey and fresh farm eggs from the Mariton House hens that you boil in a magic machine!
The house has high ceilings, thick walls and many original features including multiple fireplaces. Sited on acreage with its own creek and lagoon Mariton B&B has a lovely garden with rhodendendrons, roses and lavender and plenty of spots along the creek to paddle or picnic.

Guests have access to sitting room with fireplace, TV/DVD, microwave and small fridge, veranda with BBQ and front garden but not to kitchen or laundry facilities. St Marys township is only 800m away and the east coast 10 minutes by car down St Marys Pass. Dinner is available at St Marys Hotel until 8 pm.

The host, Diana, lives on site, and provides breakfast and general knowledge and advice on the local area.
There are also dogs, horses, chooks and ducks resident at Mariton, all very friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their own dogs.
Price quoted in listing is for 2 people in one double or twin room for one night only.
Be aware that driving in country Tasmania after dark is very dangerous with a lot of wildlife on the roads. It is preferred that guests arrive before 8.30pm.
Please notify if you will be arriving after 8.30pm and be aware that check out must be by 10.00am.
When at Mariton House please turn off fans and lights when not in use and, especially in summer, close the screen doors behind you.
