Have the pleasure of enjoying our large refurbished ground floor DOUBLE BEDROOM with EN-SUITE within a large semi detached house. Tastefully decorated with new TV. A fridge is provided in the dinning room for guests use. Wi-fi throughout the house and off street parking available.
In addition to the double bed we also have a fold away single bed that would adequately suit another adult. This bed is new. Please see price supplement.
Tea and Nespresso Coffee are supplied along with towels and bed linen.
Breakfast ( Light Breakfast consisting of toast, cereals, yogurts, breakfast bars, selection of fruit and orange juice included, available between 7.30am and 9.30am.)
There is no objection to guests ordering 'take-away' meals, as cutlery and plates can be provided for use in the separate dining area. Unfortunately we are unable to provide any cooking facilities. Rear garden patio area and seating also for guest use by way of side entrance to garden.
Good bus service stops outside on 'hail and ride' route to local mainline station and trains to London can take as little as 17 minutes.
Your room will also have a courtesy umbrella provided for your use during your stay. Ironing and laundry facilities can be provided subject to a small fee.
Trains connect to Liverpool St underground service and also Stratford Westfield shopping Mall and Casino.
In addition airport transfers can be arranged by contacting Host directly. Also some day trips to places of interest around the south east coast or inland to Cambridge or Oxford can be privately arranged.
This property is located in a nice part of Romford and is close to a recently developed public park.
Within walking distance of town center, approx 10 minutes walk, and within easy reach of local restaurants and bars.
Also in nearby Hornchurch is the QUEENS THEATRE which produces many great shows during the year.
Our home is open to all guests, who will be expected to respect the accommodation and facilities provided.
Smoking is not allowed in the home, however there is no objection to using the outside areas where ashtrays will be available.

There is only one other house rule along with the non smoking rule and that is that guest are requested not to consume take away food within the bedroom. The dining area is provided for this purpose and if necessary use of the kitchen microwave. Guests are also expected to respect the property and the privacy and comfort of its permanent residents.
