Smart and cosy house with a breath-taking view of the Adriatic-Sea, the vineyards, the pine-forests and the villages arround. Two sleeping-rooms, big marble-kitchen, huge terraces, palm-trees, a small pool and a very big amount of silence.
The in 2012 affectionately renovated house is located on the outskirts of the village Svirče and is an oasis of peace and tranquility, a mediterranean paradise, where vinter and olive farmer still say good night.
There is a separate entrance to both storeys through the typical 200m2 courtyard.
The centre of the 1st floor is the 50m2 terrace with a breathtaking view over the village, vineyards, sea and even further. Both bedrooms (20m2/12m2), the high-quality marble open lounge kitchen (20m2) and bathroom (tub/shower/wc) have access to the terrace. The old stone floor in the kitchen and corridor has been preserved and the parquet in both bedrooms is freshly polished.
A natural stone stairway takes you from the courtyard, with plenty of open-air space, to the lower storey. Here you find a fairytale like summer kitchen with fireplace, an additional bathroom and a small swimming pool next to a palm tree with many cosy corners (Terrace 40m2). In addition a separate studio is available for rent. Refer to the object " Sea-view pool 2 storey house Svirče".
The island of Hvar is a water and hiking paradise.
From lonely pine shaded bays to trendy lounge bars, there is somthing for everybodys taste next to the sea. You can explore the underwater world with a diving school or discover the magic using goggles and snorkel. The next beach is in a distance of 4 Km and just behind the house is one of the many hiking trecks. Hvar is also known as "Madeira of the Adriatic" due to its rich flora. You can find wild herbs on the sidepaths, ruccola, thyme, sage, rosemary and oregano to mention a few.

For the early and after saison it´s an insider tip for hikers and bikers. The trails start right beside the house. Wild and wonderful landscape. Unforgettable impressions. Places full of culture nearby and the next wine-maker is your neighbour.
