This spacious apartment is located a mere 2 minutes walk from The Grand Canal, a 10 minute walk from St. Patrick's Cathedral & 20 minutes from the heart of Temple Bar (5 mins by bus if you're feeling lazy/it's raining).
The apartment is only available when I am going away myself.
There is a normal sized double bed in the bedroom and two couches in the living room, one of which can sleep one adult. I can provide extra single linen if there will be someone sleeping on the couch, just let me know!
Accès des voyageurs
Guests will have access to the entire apartment during their stay. Linen and towels are provided and all appliances can be used except the juicer (it's a pain to clean anyway).
Échanges avec les voyageurs
Depending on arrival time, I will be able to meet you in person to show you around and give you the keys.
For very early/very late arrivals, we can figure it out between us.
My upstairs neighbours have two small kids who sometimes like to run around! The pitter patter doesn't bother me but might be an issue of you are a light sleeper.
The photos were taken just after I moved into the apartment - some changes after being here for three years, more stuff!
I don't smoke so there is absolutely no smoking in the apartment. Apart from that, no rules other than please be considerate of the neighbours!

I love travelling and languages; my last amazing trip was Lisbon. Warm people, delicious (and cheap) food (and wine), beautiful views. After having lived in Paris for a couple of years, I speak French and I recently started learning Spanish (very much a beginner though!).
I worked in tourism for a long time so always happy to give advice when I can! Especially happy to help guests discover that there is more to Dublin than Temple Bar :D My apartment is in a really lovely neighbourhood, plenty of great nearby spots for brunch (possibly my favourite meal).
