This is such a lovely space! I highly recommend this apartment. It is quiet and yet so close to Boundary Street, and Vulture Street, and a short walk to Montague Road and the Saturday morning markets in Davies Park West End. Everything was beautifully decorated and the lounge is so cosy. The balcony is North East facing with a beautiful view. Thanks Rachael for being such a responsive host.

Great apartment in great location. Rachel was easy to deal with. The onsite manager was friendly and helpful. We appreciated flexible checkin. Would stay again.

Starting with the good things first: Great Communication with Rachael. Check-in and out was really easy. Location is good. Walking distance to southbank and the city. Very good and many restaurants only 5 min walking away. Everything same as the pictures. Comming to the things we didnt liked. Maybe its because we only booked this place 24h in advanced but the flat was not clean at all except the bedroom. Bathroom and Toilet were full of dust and hair and in the kitchen was also visible dirt on the floor we had to use the vacuum by our self to clean up. And the smell of the flat was really strong, was like the windows hasn't been opened for a while. Anyway after the clean up we had a okay time in the flat and a much better time in beautyful brissy!

I am very sorry to hear about this and embarrassed as I certainly wouldn't like anybody to arrive to anything less than a perfectly cleaned apartment. I was concerned that with the late notice the booking may not be possible as the apartment needed cleaning, but I was informed that it would be taken care of... I'm not sure what happened, there must have been a miscommunication about what needed to be done. Either way it is our fault and I'm really very sorry about this.

Rachael is an amazing host-even though she wasn't there personally, everything was set up nicely and she gave great instructions. The location is so close to everything and the place is very cozy and clean.

Rachael's apartment is in a fantastic position, and perfect for my stay. Her apartment was clean and tidy, had everything I needed and great size for one or two people. Jimmy her apartment complex manager was very helpful at letting me in to the apartment. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Our stay in Rachael's house was just great. The house is very nice and clen, with everything we needed. The position is perfect, close to shops and restaurant and near the centre, comunication with Rachael was really good, even if she was far away, and her manager Jimmy was very kind and helpful. We would truly recommend this place.

I'm an elite athlete and have spent 20 years travelling to all corners of the globe attending international events. I've spent 3 years living in The Netherlands, 8 years in Egypt, and 2 years in the UK before finally returning home to settle in Australia only 2 years ago. As a seasoned traveller always looking for bargains myself, I'm well aware of how much more spacious, comfortable, convenient, and - most importantly – cheaper it can be to stay in a private apartment rather than hotels etc. Also, as my own expenses to continue to travel to play international events have rocketed since moving back to Australia, I figure it's a win/win situation to offer my apartment for rent while I'm away which on average is about 25 weeks a year. My apartment is in the heart of West End which is not only the coolest quirky/laid-back spot in Brisbane but is also central to most attractions in Brisbane (eg. City centre, Southbank, Football stadiums, Performing Arts Theatre – all within a 2km radius) and would be almost impossible to top for best location for a stay in Brisbane. It's a shame to see it go to waste while I'm away and I would love to give other people the opportunity to experience the best this wonderful city has to offer for a reasonable price while I'm not here to be enjoying it myself.
