Dear Asyraf, whilst I respect that everyone is entitled to their own opinions and welcome any constructive feedback to ensure that I can better improve my service as a host to my guests. I strongly disagree with your feedback, in fact I would go to the extend of saying that it is false. Throughout your stay we were in constant contact, be in via phone calls, (Hidden by Airbnb) messages and even exchanging of text on Airbnb. There was never an enquiry or question from you that I did not respond to immediately. I strongly believe that your reviews are solely based on your emotions which are misguided due to the refunds that we have requested from Airbnb for the damages that you have done to our property during your one night stay. Not only did you leave scratch marks on my walls, you even made a hole in one of the partition walls and tore my mattress protector. I sincerely hope that you would think twice before giving such reviews in the future as your feedback and rating has a severe impact on my reputation as a host.
