Thanks for your feedback Douglas. You were our second guests ever. The home is brand new. We have chosen quality appliances throughout because we personally have high standards.
It’s our holiday house not our permanent residence so we don’t have things like sauce etc in the cupboard, we would hate something to go off and then a guest used it. We do provide all the standard on arrival complimentary inclusions you would get in a hotel, which we are not required to provide, these include, tea, coffee, sugar, soap, shampoo, conditioner, two toilet rolls per toilet for the three toilets, we also provide all linen, this is much more than many houses do, some properties I’ve stayed in you are expected to bring all of this yourself. I’m sorry you weren’t happy we didn’t provide condiments, should you book our house again you will now be aware of the inclusions. We hope you can appreciate we are learning as we go and thank you for your stay and feedback.
