Échanges avec les voyageurs
This is our holiday home, so when you book you will have the house to yourselves.
We will usually be at home in Scotland but our neighbor may be available to help with check in if required.
We are happy to answer questions while you are here by email or phone
No smoking in the house.
You'll find the kitchen stocked with dry goods and some wine for late night arrivals. Please feel free to help yourself but replace what you use. In particular, please make sure to leave enough laundry liquid and conditioner as we will be charged €25 if the cleaner has to drive to the supermarket to replace it before she can launder the sheets
When you leave please shut off the electricity to the kitchen only "prese cucina" at the fuse board, turn off the heating, close all the windows and shutters and leave the fridge door open.
We respect the environment. Please be considerate in your use of gas, electricity and water.
Please don't allow any animals into the house (the local cats are extremely cute but might bring in fleas) and keep the kitchen clean throughout your stay to avoid an ant problem.
Please empty the dustbins regularly and remove recycling and ask rubbish when you leave. If you leave rubbish behind we will pass on the €25 from the cleaning company
Please respect our neighbours, we've been coming here for a long time and building friendships. You'll find everyone very friendly although most don't speak English, a smile and greeting of "Buongiorno" or "Salve" will go a long way.

Hi we are Rachel and Navraj,
We love to travel and spend as much time as possible in Italy. We are just back from an awesome Air BnB trips to Barcelona and Japan.
When we are home we like to run and cycle, sometimes with our son tagging along too. We love to eat well, either out or entertaining at home. I work from home as a photographer, Navraj is an academic. We have two friendly cats at our listing "Georgian Splendour" who you might spot in the photos. We keep them out of the guest room. There are no pets in the other listings.
We enjoy entertaining visitors in our home and have met so many fantastic people through air bnb. Edinburgh is a great city, we'd love to share it with you. We have a pile of guide books and would be happy to help you plan your trip with recommendations of where to visit, eat and drink while you are here.
If you are travelling with kids, no problem. We can probably lend you a lot of the baby equipment you need to save you carrying it, and have a house full of books and toys plus lots of recommendations of things to do to keep your kids enteretained.
We speak English, French, Italian, Arabic, Punjabi and really terrible Russian
Looking forward to meeting you...
