Hi! Happy to share our large prewar apt, on a friendly Manhattan block across from a gorgeous community garden. Our flat boasts tall ceilings, sun-filled windows, & experienced hosts. Historic Sugar Hill Harlem offers tons of trendy restaurants, friendly locals, & organic grocery stores amidst traditional brownstones laden with Jazz-Age charm. Close to 5 trains, you'll be to midtown in 15 mins. We travel too, & we understand the need for safety & privacy: rest easy within our friendly cozy home!
Just a few: 1) Lock the apartment door and check it three times ---everyone's safety depends on it. 2) Take off your shoes indoors, leave your dirty shoes at the front mats. 3) Close the toilet lid when flushing.
We maintain a cozy and comfortable family home. If you stay with us, the living room should be the common living room~then we can watch netflix together! Reminder: this rental is for private space 11pm to 11am, and shared common space from 11am to 11pm.
We can't wait to meet you!

Dana and Justin are theatre people who now share the apartment where Dana has lived for over 10 years. She is a professional almost-Broadway performer and producer who could be called a 'busy-bee', and Justin is a voiceover actor who enjoys performing with his Improv Theatre troupe and watching American Football.
Dana likes to explore the world's culture through food--and coffees!--Justin is a quiet California boy with a penchant for international travel.
We enjoy exploring NYC together on Citibikes and are happy to host all fellow citizens of the world regardless of religious beliefs, cultural background, or gender identity.
