I think that if any of these things were true that you would have immediately called me as I live right behind you and left. If you say that there was a hair on the towels like you said why wouldnt you come and speak to me and ask for another towel. I find this very disturbing that you smiled in my face and thanked me and never once mentioned any of these things as a problem and then wrote a review like this? The lamp that goes in the bedroom was placed in the kitchen probably by your partner not me. And the kitchen is FULLY stocked with a complete pot set, dishes, wine glasses and cups. I think that you could be more honest with airbnb hosts rather than wait and try to say negative things afterwards. I have not one comment from you before this review. This is very disappointing. In the future, I hope that other hosts will be leary of this couple as they are not honest and do not complain so that the host has an opportunity first to see this evidence...and second to fix it if it actually even happened. If other guests are seeing this response, please understand that I am constantly available for guests to tell me, complain to me, talk to me about anything. As hosts we want to make your stay comfortable. Give us the chance to make the stay awesome. If something is actually wrong, show us. If you dont like how I decorated...then that is not something appropriate for a review as the pictures show exactly how the place will be and we take great pains to ensure each space looks exactly like the picture. People give me advice like I dont like the color of the curtains or of the shower curtain. This is not going to change. And the reviews are about how the host is and how the host responds, not for people who dont communicate with the hosts. Sorry for the book. I hope all my guests read this and get to know me better and see that I am always ready to help, to advise, to make sure everything is awesome. So please communicate with me.
