My communication preference is email but I'm also reachable by phone. I'm happy to answer any questions you have about the pricing, location or commute to Manhattan or any of the other NYC boroughs. There is also a welcome book containing helpful info about the condo and surrounding area . :)
Most people mistake this area or NJ in general as being "far" from Manhattan but my condo and its location are definitely not. Even during rush hour I can get to my office (3 blocks from Times Square) in 25 minutes (door to door).
Additionally, the food in the neighborhood is fantastic. Almost any option you can think of, from Spanish and Cuban to Italian, Chinese or Turkish, the area is busting with flavor. I'm very spoiled here and love the easy access such amazing cultures.
- Oils & Spices for cooking
- Full kitchen compliments including pots, pans, bake-ware and toaster oven
- Fresh linens and Towels
- Hair Dryer
- Iron and ironing board
Please treat the condo and your neighbors as you would your in own home, with respect and courtesy.
*There is a sump pump in the bedroom, it is vital that not be unplugged during the winter and spring due to all the rain and snow we get. If the renter/occupant unplugs it and damages are incurred, they will be held liable.
*The thermostat: Use the Economy setting ($)
SUMMER TIME: Thermostast (COOL) should be set to 72 degrees when not home
- WINTER TIME Thermostast (HEAT) should be brought down to 62 degrees when not home
Set the temperature and when no one is home, simply hit the $ on the control box and it will automatically decrease/increase the temperature 5 degrees. If any bills go over $100 month, the difference will be deducted from the security deposit.
I've lived in the NY Metro area now for over 14 years and it is an amazing place! Working in NYC allows me to stay current on what's happening in the city and provide fun details to my guests. I love to travel and have included a couple of pictures in my profile from recent trips (Kenya, Vail, Croatia and NY Metro).
In the past I've used sites like airbnb because I enjoy cooking and want to have as many comforts from home as possible. With easy access to grocery and wine stores, hair and nail salons, banks and shopping...the area is fantastic. As they say, mi casa es su casa, so check out the pictures & feel free to ask any questions.
Thank you for stopping by & checking out my home, I look forward to hearing from you!
