This gorgeous 2600 sq. ft. home (not a condo) sits right across from the Aerial Tramway where by day, you can take the Tram across to the San Jacinto Mountains and go hiking or cross country skiing, and in the evenings enjoy one of the many great restaurants, a night of gambling at the New 'Morongo' Casino or go dancing a downtown club.
Large living room with soaring 9 ft. ceilings, Great room, features gas fireplace, large desk, flat screen Sony TV with surround sound, DVD& VCR.
Gourmet kitchen is equipped with state of the art stainless steel appliances and every cooking tool imaginable. A Chef's dream!
Casual dining for 6 and breakfast bar for three. Formal dining area with seating for 8.
Bright and spacious, the Master Suite has a queen size bed and is located on the west side of the home for optimal privacy and is very tastefully furnished. (TV/DVD). The attached master bath features a huge walk in closet, a jacuzzi sized tub, a separate walk in shower and vanity area with dual sinks.
Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the backyard. Chaise lounges and chairs are also provided to kick back and enjoy the views and desert sun.
Two other Guest rooms are located on the opposite side of the house. Second Junior Master Suite has queen size bed and third bedroom has two twin beds for singles, children or young adults. (We can also make these two twin beds into a King bed with a "create a king" if you like). The other full bath is located between these two bedrooms.
Attached furnished Casita with private entrance has TV, stereo, phone, wifi, microwave, small fridge, queen bed, separate vanity area and walk in shower.
Laundry area with washer and dryer offers convenience. Three car garage with room for RV parking alongside of house.

All Guests Agree to a Mini Clean done by our Cleaning Crew every two weeks during their stay with us. The fee for the clean is usually $75.00, unless our crew has to do something extra and their time is increased.
Also, the person financially responsible for the Rental Payment is Required to sign a "Short Term Vacation Rental Contract" from The California Association of Realtors" after their booking is accepted by us.
Please Note: During the months of April through October, any excessive electric utilities over-usage will be an extra charge, above the rental fees paid.
When you book our home, you automatically agree to these terms.
Please note 9 KiloWatts per day or 290 KW's per month is the Tier 1 standard allotted by The City of Palm Springs. We allow 20 KW per day which is double the City of Palm Springs standard. Anything above 20 KW per day is deemed "excessive" .
We have implemented this practice to incentivize and encourage you to conserve your utility usage during your stay. We appreciate your conserving energy. Thank you!

Nice spacious home. It had everything you needed and more. Definitely recommend! Just don't forget Donna's number one rule... No shoes allowed in the house.
