The cost for electricity is written in the add (€ 0,3/KwH) and how much guests are paying is depending of how they are dealing with the electricity. Of course there is the use of electrical heating between November and April but the cost could be the same in the summer if guests leave the airco on and leave for the whole day to the beach...That is the reason why I can't include the charge in the price per night because it depends of the guests. Same if you use a lot the electrical fireplace or leave the lights on, TV on, etc.. Plus the use of the electrical boilers ( 7 persons taking 2 showers a day (electrical boiler), the electrical cooker, the dishwasher, washing machine etc...).
For the water you paid € 15,00 for 7 for one week and the watering garden system does not work the whole day but with little drops when necessary. The pool pump works only 3 hours/day. Maximum cost: € 5,00.
I'm reallly sorry for the problem you had with the wifi and TV on your arrival on friday and that the company only opened on monday. Maybe you can give me some feedback about the cause of the problem? The only time there was a problem with the Wifi, it was caused by the guests whom had made a reset and the company had to come to fix it. I don't say it was the case now, so thanks for your feedback. It could help other guests.
You knew that I as well as the keyholder were at your entire disposal so you shouldn't have to solve any problem yourself. You wrote me about an electrical issue and an electrician came to the house the same day. Why do you write you had to solve it yourself? It is extremely important for me that guests are enjoying their holiday and that, in case of a problem (which can always happen at any house), they are immediately helped.
You wrote me " the house is great". Even if you find € 91,00 too much, I still hope you enjoyed your holidays.
