DEC 2016: We painted much of the condo, replaced the tile in the kitchen and main floor carpeting with beautiful hardwood and nice area rugs! We replaced the 3 panel patio door with an larger sliding door for more light and views! The condo is so bright, clean and COZY!

We are 9 miles from Alta, Snowbird (Little Cottonwood Canyon) and 12 miles from Solitude, Brighton (Big Cottonwood Canyon) and 15 miles from downtown Salt Lake City. Park City, The Canyons and Deer Valley resorts are only 25-31 miles away on I-80.

WHAT IS IT?
The most convenient way to ski Salt Lake! The Super Pass allows you to ski a different resort every day during your Salt Lake stay. It's an easy to use card that can be redeemed for an all-day lift ticket to Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, or Solitude, PLUS round-trip travel on UTA city buses, ski buses, and TRAX light-rail. Save time, money and ski where you want, when you want. The card can be activated for 1 to 10 days of skiing or riding. Just let us know and we can email you the order form and we'll have them in the property upon your arrival.

CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. MST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. MST.
We ask that you let us know your approximate check-in and check-out times in am email (keeping in mind that check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am). It is very helpful as the property is quite large and takes time to prepare for your party and for our next guests. Please check with us to see if a late check-out or early check in is feasible A FEW DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL .

2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. There will be a $200 minimum charge if the unit smells of smoke and/or cigarette/cigar remnants are found in or around the unit (including outside).
3. Pets are not permitted in the unit or in the Canyon Racquet Condo complex.
4. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age
unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash containers and recycling containers in the dumpster located between J & D buildings recycling containers between H&G buildings, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and started. One load of laundry is started.
d. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
e. (2) Garage door openers are placed on the kitchen table or in the bin provided in the garage.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.
g. No items have been removed from the property as a full digital inventory is completed after each stay. Furniture has been returned to original location.
Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. A mid-week maid service is available for $100.00 (4 bedroom), $85 (2 bedroom).
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
Indemnification of Agent by Guest
Guest agrees to indemnify and save Agent, its employees and Agents, free and harmless from any claim or liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to or in connection with rental of the vacation rental property, including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property which is made, incurred or sustained by any Guest or any Guest's invitee.

Lost and Found
Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations. Do not leave money or valuables unattended in the unit; the guest will be held accountable or liable for any thefts. Thoroughly check all drawers and closets before departing. Agent only returns left behind items upon request by UPS or US Postal Service at the Guests' expense.

Guest agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy allowed by this property.

This townhome is spectacular!!! Amazing location with breathtaking views, still close to food, shopping and anything you could ever need to get to in SLC. Amenities galore, personal touches that make you feel at home, cozy, warm decor to ensure you feel incredibly comfortable. Superb communications with the host, easy check in and check out. Perfect and spacious for anyone: business trips, family vacations and even ideal for a stay-cation....anyone!!! You will want and need absolutely nothing! Everything thought of...just perfect!! Highly recommend and can tell you I will be back to this home!

Nice townhouse in convenient quiet location. Very well equipped kitchen. Encountered several minor maint issues.

Thanks for staying with us! You mentioned you "encountered several minor maint issues" but I only know of the dryer knob not working (which we replaced the next day and it worked just fine) and a light bulb that went out in the master bath. We would have replaced the light if we had known about it during your stay. My housekeeper and I turned the light on separately and it worked fine. We will keep an eye on it though. PLEASE let me know of any other "minor maint issues" as we are very quick to respond and want take care of things that we know about! Take Care.

This was an incredibly spacious and well appointed condo just a short walk from the bus stop to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude. Matt and Jennifers attention to detail made it a delightful stay. I would highly recommend this place to anybody. It is spotlessly clean and tremendously well appointed.

This place is awesome. Perfect location to access the mountains and cottonwood resorts (brighton, snowbird, solitude, alta). Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, very private, awesome hottub, fireplace, stocked kitchen. Literally like a home away from home with everything you could ever want. This place would be rad on a ski trip especially with the awesome mountain posters all around, ski videos, hottub, fireplace, great beds, and the waffle maker!!! This place is truly legitimate and we actually want to hang out with Jennifer because she seems like an awesome person who loves to do cool things and shares her epic pad!!!

Wow....thanks so much for taking the time to write a review! We are very glad you liked what we have done and you felt at home in our condo! Yes, we get a little silly with all our posters (many of them autographed) in the garage. We are in the process of ordering new wood flooring for the main level (including the kitchen) and will be redoing the kitchen cabinets along with fresh paint throughout. We hope you can come back!

We make the check in process easy - no need to meet as you access the condo with your own code. We live within 20 minutes.
Once payments and deposits are paid and within a few days of arrival an email is sent with directions and instructions on how to the enter the condo with an access code to the attached garage. Check in is after 4pm and check out prior to 10am.

We have lived in Utah all our lives. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 20+ one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing two for friends I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many.

Because of my affiliation in the outdoor sports industry I provide many special extras in our properties to make them more comfortable and of course, MORE FUN!!!

I personally go to each unit before and after each stay to make sure everything is just right! If you have questions or concerns, just look at the guest comments!
