WHAT IS IT?
The most convenient way to ski Salt Lake! The Super Pass allows you to ski a different resort every day during your Salt Lake stay. It's an easy to use card that can be redeemed for an all-day lift ticket to Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, or Solitude, PLUS round-trip travel on UTA city buses, ski buses, and TRAX light-rail. Save time, money and ski where you want, when you want. The card can be activated for one to ten days of skiing or riding and is valid for a ten day period. Just let us know how many you will need and we can have them ready upon your arrival.,

We make the check in process easy - no need to meet as you access the condo with your own code. We live within 20 minutes.
Once payments and deposits are paid and within a few days of arrival an email is sent with directions and instructions on how to the enter the condo with an access code to the attached garage. Check in is after 4pm and check out prior to 10am.
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. MST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. MST.
We ask that you let us know your approximate check-in and check-out times in our contract (keeping in mind that check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am). It is very helpful as the property is quite large and takes most of the day to prepare for your party and for our next guests. If you would like a late check-out, (from 10am up to 2pm) or an early check-in (from noon to 4pm) there will be a $100 extra staff cleaning charge. Please check with us to see if a late check-out is feasible.
2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. There will be a $200 minimum charge if the unit smells of smoke and/or cigarette/cigar remnants are found in or around the unit (including outside).
3. Pets are not permitted in the unit or in the Canyon Racquet Condo complex.
4. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age
unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however is fully refundable within 48 hours after departure, provided the following provisions are met.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash containers either in garage or in the dumpster located between J & D buildings, and soiled
dishes are placed in the dishwasher and started. One load of laundry is
d. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
e. (2) Garage door openers are placed on the kitchen table or in the bin provided in the garage.
f. No linens are lost or damaged.
g. No items have been removed from the property as a full digital inventory is completed after each stay. Furniture has been returned to original location.
Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to ten (10) persons.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. A mid-week maid service is available for $100.00 (4 bedroom), $65 (2 bedroom).
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
Indemnification of Agent by Guest
Guest agrees to indemnify and save Agent, its employees and Agents, free and harmless from any claim or liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from, related to or in connection with rental of the vacation rental property, including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property which is made, incurred or sustained by any Guest or any Guest's invitee.
Lost and Found
Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations. Do not leave money or valuables unattended in the unit; the guest will be held accountable or liable for any thefts. Thoroughly check all drawers and closets before departing. Agent only returns left behind items upon request by UPS or US Postal Service at the Guests' expense.
Guest agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy allowed by this property.
We have lived in Utah all our lives. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 20+ one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing two for friends I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many.
Because of my affiliation in the outdoor sports industry I provide many special extras in our properties to make them more comfortable and of course, MORE FUN!!!
