A beautiful beachside villa in Bundeena with waterfront access and gorgeous views of Port Hacking, overlooking Gunyah Beach - a swimming, snorkeling and boating paradise. A perfect spot for sun and water lovers!
This newly built villa sleeps up to six adults. It has two double bedrooms on the upper level, one with a large ensuite. The floor to ceiling glass doors in each bedroom open on to a terrace enabling a complete indoor/outdoor environment. The master bedroom has a free-standing two person bath overlooking Port Hacking. Adjustable skylights and air-conditioning create a comfortable living and sleeping atmosphere. There is a third bedroom on the lower floor, also with an open fireplace.
The lower floor also comprises a large open kitchen/living/dining area with polished concrete flooring, an open fireplace and new appliances, with floor to ceiling glass doors opening to a sunny grassed area.
There is also a boat slab barbeque area on the waterfront.
My family and I are just next door and will be more than happy to assist you should the need arise.

Bundeena is about 50 minutes from the airport by car. It is one of Sydney's greatest secrets! The area is known for its beautiful, secluded beaches and bays set amongst national park. Yesterday I saw a kangaroo jumping down the road! Experience the magnificence of the Australian bush in perfect luxury whilst still being in easy access to the excitement of Sydney City Centre. A great place to experience all the best things about summer and take best advantage of your vacation.
Off street parking is also available.

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Full payment is due immediately to secure the booking. Payment of the rental constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
If not received, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
Cancellation if caused by the client: Once money is paidm it is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being re let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
The Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties (of any size) and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond, and/or additional payments and tenant eviction.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check in time is 12pm . Check-out time is 10am, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
A bond of $1000 is to be paid before arrival. This can be put through on a credit card (2% fee), paid by EFT or cash. The bond will be refunded within 7 days subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, etc.
LOSS - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
Please note that the cost of any excessive cleaning will be deducted from the bond. Upon satisfactory inspection of the property on your departure, we will refund the balance of your bond or reverse your credit card charge, as applicable.
