Guests will be sleeping on bed and mattresses in a private (URL HIDDEN) will not share room with other people.
I live in Maji ya chai near Usa river where the Arumeru district capital offices are held. There are no pets at home place. There are local people with their culture, natural vegetation, walking tours to coffee and banana plantations and other crops, tour or mount meru climb in the Arusha national park which is like half an hour drive from home place,i also can arrange mount Kilimanjaro climbing and other wildlife and cultural tourism programmes to nearby national parks in Arusha( Manyara,Tarangire,Ngorongoro,Serengeti,Arusha national park, etcetra).Public transportation is possible and cheap as well.I can show people around and if that is not the case i can provide a guide who can handle that.I don't have specific time going to bed it just depends on the responsibilities i have to cover during a specific period of time.I can host both weekdays and (URL HIDDEN) can stay as long as he/she can though i suggest a maximum of two months depending on the programme he/she have.
