Échanges avec les voyageurs
We usually use a lockbox for guests arrival, and either Katrina (she helps me host) or I will be available 24/7 for questions and emergencies.
For safety's sake, we do not allow children under 12 years of age to stay at the house. There is an unfenced koi fish pond that is about 4 feet deep in the back yard.
No smoking indoors. There is a patio in the backyard where smoking is allowed. Please dispose of butts responsibly.
There is off-street parking available in the driveway that will accommodate most vehicles. However, please note that street parking in front of the house is NOT ALLOWED ON WEDNESDAYS to allow for street sweeping & garbage pickup. The city is quite diligent about issuing tickets, so please take care.
Please be gentle with our plumbing, and do not flush any feminine hygiene products.
Contact Paula Nandi or the manager *immediately* if you experience any problems with the utilities (water, gas, electricity).
Please! Do not wade, splash or swim in the koi pond, do not disturb the fish, and please feed them only fish food that is provided, no more than once a day. Note: Raccoons are fond of the pond, and they sometimes upturn the pump. If you notice the pump dislodged or water level suddenly lowered, please call Nandi or the manager IMMEDIATELY.
Garbage goes to the curb on Tuesday evening and is collected on Wednesday mornings. The manager usually manages this task, although sometimes guests are asked to take care of this, depending on the length of their stay.
