Step inside this three-bedroom home to enjoy a free-flowing design, ample natural light, and close proximity to the most beloved attractions in Palm Springs. You'll have a full kitchen that was updated from top to bottom in 2015, a spacious family room with a 50-inch TV and surround sound, and a built-in, saloon-style bar where you can gather with your loved ones each evening. But the heart of this home awaits outdoors, where you can swim or lounge on the tanning shelf in the 30-foot-long pool, relax in the spillover spa, and dine on the shaded patio with five ceiling fans and outdoor speakers for your favorite vacation soundtrack.

This home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in central Palm Springs, mere minutes from downtown's shops, restaurants, and countless forms of entertainment. You'll be well-placed for walking and bike riding, whether you choose to visit the Agua Caliente Spa and Casino or the many renowned eateries, boutiques, galleries, and theaters that line Palm Canyon Drive (both are just over a mile west). There are more than 100 celebrated golf courses to choose from in the immediate vicinity of Palm Springs, as well as majestic views to be admired from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (seven miles west).
