General conditions concerning the furnished rental apartment 2 rooms and 3 rooms in the building without elevator 13 rue de Suffren 06400 Cannes owned SARL Suffren.

1 - Destination: The premises are rented exclusively for residential purposes. They are not the primary residence of the tenant.

The communication with the host was perfect since the reception until the check out. The apartment is exactly than the description and the location is perfect to be close of the events, restaurants and life in Cannes. Sure we'll see next Cannes Film Festival.

Nice apartement in a very central location (very close to gare de Cannes, supermarket and also to the beach). The apartment was very clean and we had everything we need. The hand over of the keys was well organized. Alan offered us also to contact him whenever we want. We will definitely book this apartment again...

Nice little clean one bedroom flat on top floor with no elevator. Close to beach and shops. The owners representative was polite. The negatives are: The owner charged us city taxes on top of what I already paid on airbnb website. I contacted airbnb and they confirmed that I don't owe anything to the owner on site as it has been prepaid/included in the initial quote but the owner refused to give me a refund despite me showing the email from airbnb. The flat is noisy during the day as it is close the main street and construction work. I also struggled with parking as there were no free spaces left except for pay at the meter with max 2 hrs on the street. There is covered parking nearby but costs a lot. The owner charges 45 eu for cleaning. We spent 3 hrs cleaning on last day and managed to avoid that charge which was difficult as lots of mirrors and glass. Additional charges are 30 eu for linen/towels for which we were informed in advance as per contract on airbnb website. I would not stay there again because of the above negatives which spoiled my vacation to some degree

what is remarcable as there is a grain of sand, is that everything is bad, No ascensseur it's true but it's written in the description. the street noise becomes unbearable and pout the street is not busy, with closed window air conditioning means a pin drop. you were the only one not wanting to pay the city tax. throughout France, the city tax is payable is in addition to rent. it's a shame that we leave as that. I asked airbnb do a better job because he'll tell you of what I have above despite a few € tax I hope you will keep an excellent and pleasant memories of Cannes

We had a very nice vacation. It was a nice and fresh apartment. The neighberhood is lovely, near everything and just 10 minutes walk to the beach. The host where also very kind!
