Our Home suits guests looking for casual, homely accommodation in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to the town centre & conveniently located to many other facilities.
My place is good for professionals, couples and families.

Minutes to major shopping centre with supermarket and other facilities are only 5 kms away. Local park is at your doorstep. Airport 15 minutes away. Hospital & specialist are 7 kms away. Mackay Harbour entertainment hub, beach and town centre is reachable in 10 minutes.

House is open for minimum 3 days stays with all livable areas and 2 bedrooms , 2 x queen size.
Full indoor and outdoor kitchens and utensils.

• “Key Box” is mounted on wall at right hand side of entrance door.
• Combination to open safe is changed each time of new guests and each guest get notified 1-2 days before arrival of the new combination.
• Key in safe opens security door.
• Main door also has a lock what has a combination number like key safe and guest get notified about new combination numbers as above.
• Please make sure that you remember of combination numbers and don’t get locked out!

• Time to time we must access garage to move car etc. please make sure that parked at right hand side of driveway (next to letter box) so we can drive in and out if necessary without the inconvenience to move cars.
• Encase of more than one car please line cars up behind each other or use street parking.
• Please don’t park on grassed areas.

• Available rooms are; main bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms, all bathrooms and Wc’s, laundry, and common areas.
• 2 x bedrooms, garage, work shed and veggie garden in backyard are locked for private use.

• Indoor kitchen has all facilities, for guests to use is the big fridge. Also, can use outside fridge but have personal items in it so make sure to use only items what you did put in it.
• Make sure that leave all outdoor kitchen appliances as they are, they placed there for keep them dry encase of heave rain and wind.
• Outdoor kitchen has no hot water, so if need to clean anything in hot water use indoor kitchen.
• Outdoor kitchen sink tap if turned left is for general water usage. If turned right and gives a humming sound than its filtered water for drinking.
• Also, if want cold water, use indoor fridge water and ice dispenser, it is placed outside of fridge

• Please keep bathroom/s clean and tidy at your departure
• Extra toilet paper in cupboards
• Have 2 x bath and 2 x hand/face towels
• 1 x bodywash and/or soap
• Other personal hygiene items are not catered for

• All bedding is provided
Entire storage is for use
• For extra PowerPoints, use power board behind bedhead

• There is a full laundry facility available for you
• Make sure, that always lock laundry door after left property
• Ironing board and iron is in broom cupboard

• Wash and clean all kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc, before leave property
• Sweep, vacuum, mop floor if necessary. Will find cleaning materials and equipment’s to use around different places
• If oven used please use protective alu foil or similar product to try to keep it as clean as possible for avoid major cleaning.

• Have sensor lights strategically placed around property, if need to turn on lights please make sure don’t forget to turn them off, outside lights are invisible from inside at daylight and can be left on for long period of time.
• Marked light switches with an “S” must be left on and not used as they are used for security and sensor light purposes.

• Wi-fi access is available in and around property
• Access details are stuck on with magnet sticker at indoor fridge above Samsung badge
• Tv remote will be on coffee table in lounge room
• Have “Sonos” system in house, if decided to use it, push speaker’s single top back button for a few seconds than wait another second or two for music to come on. For volume use long double button (note outside speaker cuts in and out due to poor wi-fi connection)
• For air-conditioning find operating system on wall in hallway to laundry (next to Buddha)
• This is a central system, please make sure, that you have system turned on only rooms that got used by switching only rooms on where it’s needed

• Close front door and shutter
• Close side window in kitchen
• Close large sliding door in dining area
• Close laundry door
• Wind up all sunshades in outdoor kitchen and sitting areas (pull pins from sunshade frames and use winding handles
• Turn off power points in outdoor kitchen (2 x only at kitchen bench)

• Make sure that leave everything as it is. If anything need to be moved around, put it back to original places. There is a tall vase with flowers in it, don’t move it as it is fragile and brakes easily)
• For personal safety there are outdoor cameras installed. Only get viewed by police if property has break ins or any other criminal offences has been committed
• Mind your steps as property has elevated areas
• Water feature around gazebo deck is for decorative uses only, no swimming or any other activities allowed in it
• Waterfall is not turned on and water in water feature is kept minimum under 300.00 mm for safety reasons
• We have no facility to cater for children so if children allowed to stay its parents/carers responsibility to make sure that children are supervised at all times in our place
• All bedrooms have locks and keys if needed. Make sure not to lose key/s or lock yourself out
• There is a large outdoor plant at lounge/dining door outside it has sharp foliage, take care and stay away from it
• No smoking allowed in house
• Artificial grass outside in backyard can be damage by cigarettes burns or can catch fire easily
