Usually we do not answer to untruths and fairy tales.
Unfortunately David Wade and Rose arrived one day late. We contacted them immediately and provided them with all information.
After their arrival in our small village Saas-Fee, they actually got lost, although exact directions and address were known.
We tried to call them by phone. No answer! We were worried.
We have postponed our appointments.
The two were very frustrated and because of the long journey with the nerves at the end.
We think without our additional help and our free commitment, the two would still be looking for ....
As we discussed the misunderstandings David screamed at Inger. So she asked him not to and tried to talk normally, but he left the room and did not answer (like a kid) when Inger said goodbye and thank you.
Its not too late for David. Respect and education are learned in childhood.
As a thank you for the lost day, we offered them a free night in our apartment.
In the bedrooms are standard size beds. Never had complaints of beds being uncomfortable or too small???
Seems to us this guest is looking for the needle in the haystack, wanting to complain because of a dislike to us.
We have been a member of AIRBNB for several years and have been renting apartments for over 30 years to guests from all over the world.

We ask David and Rose to plan the next journey in advance, to look at the manual before arrival and to read and understand the description of the accommodation.
