Hi Hugo, I feel really bad about the toilet not being fixed sooner. Although we kept in constant communication with you, scheduling conflicts between the plumber and yourself were not working out as you needed to be in the flat when the plumber attended and the times that the plumber was available you were not around. The toilet has now been fixed and is working fine. I am so sorry about this. The bathtub in the master bedroom does work, it's just a bit tricky on your first try. The TV does not come with channels but I do have an Apple TV available for my guests to use. The wifi works perfectly fine if you are not browsing through dodgy sites. I used to live in the flat and never had any sort of parental controls on the wifi get in the way. Also, no guests have complained about this either. I did provide you with my internet contact that could easily look into this remotely for so long as someone was physically right next to the router in the flat but he told me you never called. I haven't had a guest report issues with the hot water before, I'm really sorry if this happened during your stay. I would have asked the plumber to look into this as well during her visit but you never mentioned this to me during your stay. It's strange that you were not able to locate the many different bowls and plates I have in my flat. Some are stored in the living room cupboard and others are in the kitchen cupboard next to the sink. I'm glad to hear you thought the location of my flat was convenient and that you liked the decoration. I do apologise again for the toilet situation. I only wish you notified me of the other issues sooner so I could easily help sort it out for you.
