This well appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bath non-smoking town home is located in sunny West Vail just minutes from Vail Mountain. The free shuttle bus stops right in front of the complex and will take you directly to Vail Village in 8 minutes.
The layout is spacious and comfortable, with over 1900 square feet of living space. The living room features a large sectional sofa with plenty of room for everyone to lounge after a day on the slopes, watching a movie or just relaxing in the warmth of the gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is seating for 6 at the dining room table, with additional bar seating for 3.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, panoramic views, and attached bath with double vanity. Two additional bedrooms each have a queen size bed and attached bath.
There is a full size, attached garage with room for 2 vehicles.
The complex features a hot tub located 50 yards from our unit, as well as a swimming pool open in the summer season.
Other amenities include a washer-dryer, free WiFi, gas fireplace, and a 50-inch LED flat panel TV with a variety of entertainment options including Netflix, Hulu, and Pandora.

ACCOMMODATIONS: 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds, 1 queen size portable air bed.
SMOKING: There shall be no smoking allowed.
PETS: There shall be no pets allowed.
CHECK IN: Check in time is 4:00PM.
CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10:00AM.
Early check-ins or late check-outs can sometimes be accommodated if arrangements are made in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs cause disruptions to housekeeping schedules, and may result in additional trip charges and overtime which will be deducted from the damage deposit.
TRANSPORTATION: Free Town of Vail bus service is available with a bus stop on Lions Ridge Loop at the entrance to the Vail Point complex. Service hours are 6:15am – 8:15pm during the ski season, and the bus runs once per hour.
Parking for 2 vehicles is provided in the garage. One additional vehicle may be parked outside parallel to the garage door provided it does not impede traffic or snow removal operations.
All access roads and driveways are plowed regularly, however it is recommended that guests use a 4WD vehicle in case of heavy snow.
SUPPLIES: The property is fully furnished with bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, the property will be supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, trash bags, dish soap and other dispensable items for the duration of the term.
CLEANING: The property will be inspected, sanitized and cleaned before and after occupancy. No daily maid service is provided.
COMMUNITY RULES: The lessee agrees to comply with the following Vail Point Rules and Regulations: Pool Hot tub hours 10am – 10pm; No glass containers in pool area; No exterior parking other than one vehicle parked parallel and close in to the garage door; No excessive noise or disturbances. Maximum occupancy: 8 people. Failure to comply with Rules and Regulations may result in forfeiture of damage deposit.
TELEPHONE: There is no land line in the condo.
TENANTS LIABILITY: The lessee agrees to accept liability for any damages caused to the property (other than normal wear and tear) by the lessee or the lessee's guests.
HOLD HARMLESS: The lessor does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. The lessor further does not assume any liability for loss or inconvenience arising from weather conditions, snow conditions, or closure of ski lifts or terrain.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The undersigned lessee, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges the lessor from any and all claims, demands and causes of action as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold lessor free and harmless of any claim or suit arising therefrom. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, and successors or assignees, the prevailing party
